I am about 2 months post op and I feel like my breast are too big. Im 5'1 and 108 lbs with 415 cc implants on both sides. I sized up a bit because everyone including my doctor said I would lose some size after placing the implant under the muscle, however, most of my swelling has gone down and I still feel like they're still bit too large for my size. Will they continue to get smaller as they continue to settle ???

It is important to have mammograms and ultrasounds as per your age and risk of breast cancer. Ultrasounds are pretty good at detecting problems with the implants, such as rupture.
