What can be my options for scar from an infection last year? (Photos)

Hello! I do have this scar since last year from an infection that now is gone. What options to fix the scar would be the most suitable for me? How many treatments I may need? Do you think I can fix it? I am looking only for informative answers. I am aware no one can guess or know exactly, but let me know what do you think? Thank you so much!

At least from the photos, the texture of the skin appears irregular. If this is indeed so and the primary problem, then professionally performed microneedling (typical on average about four treatment sessions spaced at six week intervals) can help to blend the surface of the scar better with the surrounding normal skin making it much less visible. Make sure to seek consultation and treatment by an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be skeptical when evaluating expensive fraxel lasers or RF , as the claims for the supposed benefits of these expensive, faddish "bells and whistles" are  supported far more by markeing hype than hard science. Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.
