Subcison, which I have been performing since 1994, can be used to elevate and smooth all kinds of indented scars, including chickenpox scars. Following this, professionally performed Dermastamp microneedling, which I have been performing for twenty-three years, can be used, if desired, to improve any irregularities in the surface color and texture of the scar. Make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive scar treatment experience, and exercise a healthy dose of "buyer beware" when offered a host of supposedly "next big things" bells and whistles, like fraxel lasers and RF devices, where the hard the science to support their use lags woefully behind the heavy marketing to promote these relatively expensive treatments. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
