Although I’m thin, I’ve always had roundness in the bottom of my face, especially when I smile, giving the appearance of jowls. Additionally, my chin pad has excess fat that protrudes horizontally and downward when I smile, giving it a witches chin appearance. I’ve heard of a chin reduction, or ‘submental excision and tuck of the remaining tissue’ as well as ‘Intraoral chin pad thinning with bone anchor fixation’ What are the best corrective options balancing my lower face?
