I had lipo on my flanks and lower belly 6 weeks ago. I wore the compression band provided 5 days until my lower back spasm; I couldn't sleep. Extra Strength Tylenol didn't help. I took the compression off, the pain dissipated, I put it back on but spasm returned. I endured this ~2 weeks. Then I tried compression shirts. It was a little better, but eventually I could bare no more; I prioritized managing pain. Now I'm tender but okay, until I run. The pain feels electrical, it's awful.
