What would be the best option to remove visible piercing holes from my face? (Photo)

I have had success in closing piercing holes using TCA CROSS, which has proven in over two decades of use to be safe for use in all skin types and engenders little to no significant post-treatment downtime. Thanks for your question and uploading your photo. I am sorry you had a negative experience. Based on your photo and seeing the areas of lip piercings, I believe it is possible to close the piercings. This involves removing the skin down to the muscle and inside your lip (the entire piercing tract), followed by a multi-layered closure. I recommend a consultation before undergoing any procedure.
