Is there anything that can be done to get rid of visible scars after butt implant surgery? (Photos)

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. Great posted photos. I would attempt scar revision surgery with adding PRF infused fat layers. In Florida any fat injected to buttock requires ultrasound guided injections. Fee for just scar revision with this low volume of fat grafts is $6,000. If desires more shaping of buttock with more fat grafting then fee increases to $10,000. Best to virtual consult with...
