PicoSure is the most advanced laser on themarket for removing tattoos, and works especially well on dark colors. PicoSureshould be able to remove black shading and outlines quite well. Black isactually one of the easiest colors to remove, as opposed to yellow or orange,which are much more difficult. Depending on the size and shape of the tattoo,it may take multiple sessions to remove it completely, however.
