Does Prostrolane Inner B really work IN the face (instead of just under the chin like Kybella)?

Question

I have a small dat pad in the jowl area. I have already had 2 mini liposuction treatments in that area, which caused me a lot of scars (luckily I don't see them but I can deel them with my tongue in my mouth). I don't want to put my face through another lipo. My cosmetic doctor told me that a relative new injectable called 'Prostrolane Inner B' would help. But I can't find a lot of info on it ter, not even here on Realself. Can anyone tell me about their experience with this? Thank you!

Prostrolane is not an FDA approved drug in the US.  Kybella can be used in the jowl area as "off label" at the physician's discretion.  Kybella works very well to treat fat in the jowl area..

Prostrolane is not FDA approved for use in the U.S. However, Kybella is. I use Kybella off label on the jowl fat and it works well for this in my hands.

Prostolane is not used in US it is more used in Europe
Kybella is expensive it is painful and the results are not all that great 
For non invasive I would use more of the reshaping and tightening with Radio frequency for 6 sessions witch is 3 rd of the price of Kybella and better results
