After 12 weeks of surgery, I had a cold and as I blew my nose I felt sth came down in my nose. I contacted my surgeon who was out of country and he said it is the silicone sheet hsd left left there to help form my nose and it must remain in the nose for six to twelve months. And that now it has come down I must remove it. I took it out and it was 3 cm long. Question how long does a silicone sheet need to remain in the nose? Did he simply forget it?

Typically massaging past the healing period won't have any effect and if the scar has hardened it might be some graft applied to the tip. If there is large scar tissue an alternative is the use of steroids + 5FU. Always look for board certified plastic surgeon and rhinoplasty...
Hello and thanks for the question. Standard acne products may be beneficial. It will likely resolve without causing any nostril deformity. I recommend seeing your surgeon to discuss further.
There is no clear answer to this unfortunately. It is possible the headaches are unrelated to your rhinoplasty so it would be a good idea to discuss them with your general practitioner.
