3 years post rhinoplasty. What should I use to treat pimples inside the nose? Please reply

I’m 3 years post rhinoplasty. I recently developed a pimple right at the inner corner of my nostril, at the columella. This has never happened before and is worrisome as I need the nostrils to be symmetrical. Is it acceptable to use bacitracin that I have left over to treat it or should I be treating it with regular acne products? Please reply

There is no clear answer to this unfortunately.  It is possible the headaches are unrelated to your rhinoplasty so it would be a good idea to discuss them with your general practitioner.
