It may be that you have slightly more skin on one eyelid than on the other which can alter the appearance of the eye itself and give the illusion of a bigger difference. Sometimes removing just a small amount of skin can correct the problem. I would recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon in your area.

Eye asymmetry is complex, dealing with asymmetry in eyelids, eyeballs, and orbits. Need much more detailed evaluation to determine. Improvement is possible. See an oculoplastics expert.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. It appears that your eye aperature is the same but you have asymmetry of the skin above the eyelid. I would recommend that you see an eye specialist (ophthalmologist) to be evaluated to make sure the eyes are ok and there are no other disease entities at play that may be causing this problem. If you get a clean bill of health there, then you can see a plastic surgeon about addressing the excess and asymmetry of the skin in that area.
