Interest in getting Bella Hadid eyes but not sure of procedure to ask? Is it a canthopexy, browpexy, or lateral brow lift?

I am interested in getting the fox or cat eyes that Bella Hadid has but am not sure what procedure to request for this. I recently went to see a plastic surgeon and he said that I already have the almond shaped eyes and that a canthopexy wouldn't make any difference (I am Asian). He suggested a lateral/ temporal brow lift. I am hesitant to undergo a procedure that would create scars on my face. Does anyone have an idea of a procedure would be to lift the outer corner of your upper eyelids?
