I got punched on my nose bridge a little more than a month ago on 11/27/15. I was wondering if my bump will go down any more. When I got hit, it only hurt for millisecond and then there was a mild pain for half an hour. No headache or blood. I don't think I broke my nose and when I touch it it doesn't hurt. I really want it to go all the way down. It looks bigger or smaller depending on the angle. My mom says it will go down with time. Will massaging the nose also help? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I believe that men and women should have different nasal shapes. You seem to have a very reasonable shape for a male nose. I has a high, straight profile and is only perhaps a bit large. It would not be ideal for a woman.
