I've never been satisfied with my nose. I'm okay with my profile, but I feel that the bridge is too wide and the end too bulbous. I went for a consultation and was told that my nose was fine and the surgeon was worried about taking anything off my nose since it was already "well made". Still I'm very unhappy with it and looking for another opinion, willing to travel for the right doctor!

From the photos the upper lateral cartilage (mid section) of the nose and the area where this meets the nasal tip is indeed a bit wide. Rhinoplasty can thin and refine these areas of the nose. I would like to also mention that your chin is a bit weak. A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the lower face short (de-emphasizes the lips) and the mid face appear top heavy. Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. Hope this helps.
