Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

With this type of special circumstance, I would do one treatment at a time and reassess you each month to see if subsequent treatments are necessary.
It is difficult to offer a complete answer without at least a picture. Having said that, the 4mm depth setting on the Morpheus8 does penetrate deeply enough to cause some fat destruction. That could potentially safely be employed on the face, but it more appropriate for the rest of the body.
I would wait 6-12 months some of the fat will be reabsorbed so it may look overfilled now but in a few more months it should lessen. We love Morpheus8 and if it does not lessen it can reduce some fat at 4mm.

Morpheus would be a great option for you! You are too young to be considering a facelift. Morpheus would tighten the subdermal layers of your skin to improve the nasolabial folds that you do not like, but it could also do some resurfacing to smooth everything out. This would be a great way to...
