Is it advised to get Morpheus8 after a lower facelift? (photos)

I am 3 months out from a lower facelift and neck-lift... My doctor says I would benefit from Microneedling since I still have a small amount of skin under the chin...After reading reviews I am concerned with the Morpheus8 that she uses.. I am 73... Is it advised to have this so soon after Lifts?

Yes, you can certainly have Morpheus 8 after a facelift. This is great to treat any minor residual skin laxity and great for skin texture quality.  We can do this procedure as soon as 6 weeks post operatively.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

We often combine Morpheus8 right after a facelift in the OR and then 2 more after spaced one month apart. It’s also great for maintenance every 6 months keeps your skin looking amazing and youthful.
