Looking at getting something done for my sagging knees. Considering Morpheus 8, Skintyte or Sofwav. Which is best? (photos)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Depending on the condition of your skin, I would recommend 1-2 treatments of Sofwave to the knees to facilitate with collagen production and tightening of the skin. Sofwave utilizes synchronous ultrasound parallel beam technology to minimize downtime and optimize patient convenience with minimal experienced pain or tenderness post procedure. Tightening the skin around the knees with bodytite and Morpheus body gives amazing results under local with no down time and is so easy to undergo.

If there is a palpable fat pad in the same area of sagging, above the knee coolsculpting followed by Morpheus8 a month later with the depth setting of 4mm and max energy would probably be effective.

The picture is hard to tell If you would be a better candidate for a thigh lift which for some people is the only way to get rid of the excess skin. For a minimally invasive procedure look in Accutite & Morpheus8 body by Inmode if you are looking just to try to tighten the knee area. We have had nice results with this if someone has just a little bit of laxity if it is a lot of laxity over the whole leg then it would require a thigh lift for optimal results.
