Deep nasolabial folds - do I need Morpheus8 or mid-facelift? (photos)

Morpheus would be a great option for you! You are too young to be considering a facelift. Morpheus would tighten the subdermal layers of your skin to improve the nasolabial folds that you do not like, but it could also do some resurfacing to smooth everything out. This would be a great way to lessen lines without subdermal fillers.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Dear 909 baby, Morpheus 8 is a great option for collagen stimulation, and helping with lifting jowls and can help with contouring your lower jaw line and nasolabial folds. It works by creating small micro injuries that help stimulate your own body's collagen and help remodel your skin and underlying tissues. You have some volume loss that I can see from your pictures, underneath your eyes and mid face, cheek area. Nasolabial folds are also treated with fillers in areas of volume loss and with PDO threads to create a lift and collagen stimulation. You may need combination treatments to see satisfying results.
