I had MOHS five weeks ago for squamous cell, a single layer was removed from the upper side of my nose. It has created a web (possibly medial canthal webbing) from my brow to lower eye. It has also caused the skin to be stretched down tight onto my nose from the bridge to the incision. I have started massaging the area and wearing silicone strips at night. I would like to have this corrected as soon as possible and need advice. Thank you.

Many times an eyelid procedure is combined with fat injections if there is significant hollowing in the area. This improves a sunken appearance. Without it, you will get the result from the eyelid surgery but the volume may not correct. Hope this helps.
