After years of sun exposure and cortisone shots for arthritis, the skin on my hands and forearms is very thin and tears easily. I only wear long-sleeved shirts at this point. I've tried every cream, lotion, retinol product, and vitamin protocol available to no avail. Do any doctors think that microneedling and selphyl might help with collagen renewal and thickening of the skin? Thanks.
