Bumps under skin - will C02 laser be effective to treat this? (Photos)

I’ve been on isotretinoin 60mg for 6 months. I still have bumps under my skin. I have been told they appear to be sebaceous hyperplasia. If anything they have gotten worse with the medication. Will CO2 laser be effective? I know I have to wait.
