I have had many laser removal sessions (picoway, picoplus, enlighten cutera) to remove eyebrow permanent makeup pigment and now have residual pale yellow/taupe pigment that is likely residual titanium dioxide. Could I get fractionated co2 laser treatments over the eyebrow area to help fade this stubborn pigment further as it doesn’t seem to be responding anymore to picosecond tattoo removal? Would the fractionated co2 damage eyebrow follicles?
