Question

Daughter getting married in June. I've lost 120 pounds & have lower face & neck sagging, & submental fat. Considering lower face/neck lift, but with wedding costs, can't do that right now. Are there any less expensive or temp solutions that will give slimming/lifting/tightening to get me through the wedding? Starting IPL next week & have upper bleph consult as well. Also started chiropractor & PT for posture correction to see if that helps some. Thank you!

There is still time to look your best for your daughter's wedding and it is affordable for what you get.  The lower face/neck lift under local with skin resurfacing will be the best money you ever spend on you. It is easy to  undergo and looks so amazing and natural. You can relax. At least from the photos, you are likely to get substantial improvement via the use of a variety of appropriately selected HA fillers when injected properly by an experienced, board certified dermatologist filler expert.
The use of a robust HA volumizing filler can help to elevate the slightly flattened inner portion of the midface, and it would very likely also improve the under-eye hollowing and smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eyes. It would also likely somewhat improve the smile line.
A robust HA lifting filler can help to straighten the angles of the mouth and diminish the marionette lines.
A robust HA contouring filler can help to increase chin projection (which would secondarily help to better define the jawline and tighten the upper neck), as well as better harmonize in profile the projection of the chin with those of the lips and nose.
