Daughter getting married in June. I've lost 120 pounds & have lower face & neck sagging, & submental fat. Considering lower face/neck lift, but with wedding costs, can't do that right now. Are there any less expensive or temp solutions that will give slimming/lifting/tightening to get me through the wedding? Starting IPL next week & have upper bleph consult as well. Also started chiropractor & PT for posture correction to see if that helps some. Thank you!
Answer: For only $25,000 you can have an amazing face/neck for your daughter's wedding. There is still time to look your best for your daughter's wedding and it is affordable for what you get. The lower face/neck lift under local with skin resurfacing will be the best money you ever spend on you. It is easy to undergo and looks so amazing and natural. Wow all the people at the wedding with your daughter and your photos.

Answer: Temporary Solutions for Lower Face and Neck Sagging After Weight Loss Congratulations on your weight loss and your daughter's upcoming wedding! For temporary and less expensive solutions to address sagging in the lower face and neck, consider the following options: Non-Surgical Skin Tightening Treatments: Radiofrequency (RF) Therapy: This can help stimulate collagen production and provide some degree of skin tightening. It's a popular choice for addressing mild to moderate sagging. Ultrasound Therapy (e.g., Ultherapy): This non-invasive treatment uses ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin over time. Dermal Fillers: Fillers can be used strategically to restore volume and provide a lifting effect, particularly in the mid-face area, which can indirectly improve the appearance of the lower face and neck. Thread Lifts: This minimally invasive procedure uses dissolvable threads to lift and tighten sagging skin. The results are temporary but can be a good option for a special occasion. Topical Firming Creams: While the effects are subtle, using creams with ingredients like retinol, peptides, or hyaluronic acid can provide temporary firming and hydration, improving the skin's overall appearance. Facial Exercises: Consistent facial exercises can help tone the muscles in the face and neck, which may improve the appearance of sagging over time. Makeup Techniques: Skilled makeup application can create the illusion of a more lifted and contoured face. Consider consulting with a professional makeup artist for tips on contouring and highlighting. Posture and Accessories: Continue with posture improvement strategies, and consider using accessories like scarves or statement jewelry to draw attention away from the neck area. It's great that you're starting IPL treatments and consulting for upper blepharoplasty, as these can enhance overall facial rejuvenation. Discuss these options with a dermatologist or aesthetic professional to tailor a plan that suits your needs and timeline for the wedding.

Answer: Considering options Congratulations on your weight loss! You may be a candidate for FaceTite. This minimally invasive treatment uses RF technology to tighten skin by applying the energy both on top of and just below the skin surface. No general anesthesia is required. It is designed for those with mild to moderate skin laxity who are not quite ready for a surgical face lift. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: For A Nonsurgical Facelift: Consider HA Fillers You can relax. At least from the photos, you are likely to get substantial improvement via the use of a variety of appropriately selected HA fillers when injected properly by an experienced, board certified dermatologist filler expert. The use of a robust HA volumizing filler can help to elevate the slightly flattened inner portion of the midface, and it would very likely also improve the under-eye hollowing and smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eyes. It would also likely somewhat improve the smile line. A robust HA lifting filler can help to straighten the angles of the mouth and diminish the marionette lines. A robust HA contouring filler can help to increase chin projection (which would secondarily help to better define the jawline and tighten the upper neck), as well as better harmonize in profile the projection of the chin with those of the lips and nose. It can also be used to further straighten and define the jawline, which can also help to further tighten the under chin region. If so desired, an expert injector can do all of the above in one treatment session of about 45 minutes and typically with immediate, on-the-spot results and usually little to no significant downtime. So, you can relax now, and btw; congratulations on your daughter's upcoming wedding in June.
