Fractora can help to tighten the skin and improve fine lines and wrinkles. I do not think that it would providing that much lifting though. FaceTite can provide some lifting and utilizes the same device in a different way to affect the deeper tissues. There also appears to be some volume loss in your cheeks, and filling these areas can provide some lifting as well.
Hello! I think you would benefit from a bulk heating radiofrequency such as Thermage. In addition, consider botox to your muscle called Depressor Anguli Oris. This muscle tends to pull down the corners of your mouth. So I see two areas that need to be addressed. The downward turn of the mouth would benefit from botox injection of you DAO. The tear trough is the result of a volume deficit so you need to fill it with filler or fat.
I would not recommend performing Fractora while on Accutane. Let the medication run it's course then give yourself a few months to recover and let your body's oil production return to more normal levels. Best,Anil Shah MD
