Hello! I think you would benefit from a bulk heating radiofrequency such as Thermage. In addition, consider botox to your muscle called Depressor Anguli Oris. This muscle tends to pull down the corners of your mouth. So I see two areas that need to be addressed. The downward turn of the mouth would benefit from botox injection of you DAO.
