I have heard that when heat touches dermal filler it is broken down and absorbed very quickly will doing some LED treatments on my skin cause this to happen? Thanks

LED (low level light) treatments and Sculptra injections produce new collagen through totally different mechanisms. There is no scientific evidence to suggest that LED therapy will worsen lumps.
Absolutely ok! Continue using your Retin-A nightly and just be sure to use daily sunscreen. There should be no problem with your LED light and the use of Retin-A.
