I have 350cc saline under the muscle (or behind) is there a difference? I had them put in through the aereola, but not sure if they should come out the same way or not. I am having them removed under local, and surgeon said either way would be ok. I haven’t really heard of anyone else having had implants put in through aereola. Mine were done 18 yrs ago. Just would appreciate any comments, before my pre-op appt. coming up soon.
