I'm desperate to lower my malposition NAC positioned nipples and open to any option , would this be a possible resolution?

Dear Kaybs, there is no way to predict this. I would have advised my patient not to count on being able to nurse after nipple reduction but the only way to know is to see if it works when you try. Best wishes to you!!

The treatment would be to redo the areola and size it down. I generally put a permanent suture around the areola and close it in a way to prevent widening over time. I would do this first and see how things look. If the discoloration is still an issue, medical tattooing can help resolve or...
