Puffy nipple reduction? Breast augmentation 18 months ago made them larger

I've always had puffy nipples. I had a breast augmentation 18 months ago which made them much larger, lighter, more puffy and very prominent, especially if I’m not wearing a bra. I was not expecting that. Now when I bend over the puffiness makes my boob look triangle shaped. Is there a way to make the nipple flat? I want them to look they way they look when they're hard and tight, but I don't want to lose sensation.

I can see what you are talking about but your nipples and your areola are normal. I don't think you would be able to find a surgeon to operate on your nipples or areola.

For patients with a tuberous breast deformity, who have very triangularly shaped breasts, and very protuberant areola, we can flatten them by performing a circum-areolar lift--it flattens the areola but I don't think the scar in your case would be worth it.
