Narrow and tall nose bridge between eyes? (Photos)

Question

So i have very wide nose especially between my eyes. My nose bridge is also really low . Can i have a taller and narrow Nose bridge even btw my eyes?

Yes, you would be a good candidate for narrowing the nose all across. You can also benefit from making your nose tall (adding to the projection). However, this combination has a powerful effect on the eyes and will make the eyes look closer to each other thus these will have to be carefully considered by your surgeon and you before proceeding with the surgery.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. You may also benefit from osteotomies to help narrow your nose.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Your profile is not bad with some height appreciated. you may just need the nasal bridge narrowed to give it a better look.  But, yes, it can be augmented a bit if you want as well.

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the entire bridge line including the tip and building up the bridge of the nose to make it taller with a cartilage graft harvested from inside the nose.  Rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results.
