My temporary comes loose when eating, will this happen with the permanent one?

Temporary crowns are cemented using temporary cement so we can easily get them off without harming the tooth or gums around it. The permanent crown should not come off like the temporary is.

In my many years experience I have always looked at temporary restorations as diagnostic devices which help to evaluate resistance, stability, possible sensitivity, aesthetic appeal and many other issues. Even though temporary crowns are inserted with mildly adhesive cement and permanent crowns are held by a highly adhesive cements, if a temporary crown keeps coming off then that may be an early sign of a permanent crown having some retention issues in the future. Temporaries are cemented with temporary cement.  As a result it come out easily. However, the permenant crowns are cemented with permenant cement and do not come out.
