Recently my dentist said #12 root canal failed. Endodontist said #12 needs apioectomy and did root canal on #13. Week after that, crown breaks on #12. Dentist puts on temp crown. Also, tonight I had some beef and the 2 temporary crowns came out. Should I see a new dentist? What is normal protocol? Do you think the headache is related?
