Hi, I went to my dentist to fix a chip in my tooth, he ended up chipping another tooth and I didn’t realize until I got homeI’ve been considering of going to see another dentist to get it fixed but also been thinking about inquiring about veneers. My two front teeth continuously chip and my dentist recently had to file them down even more... He ended up chipping a perfectly fine tooth and it now looks uneven.

Insurance may or may not cover crowns here. You are a very good candidate for veneers. You might be able to do a combination of both.

Insurance is more likely to cover full crowns than veneers. That being said, you will want your dentist to do a pre-determination with your insurance before you proceed if insurance coverage is what’s important to you. Veneers would be a less invasive, more esthetic option. But it will be completely out of pocket. If the teeth are fractured or have cavities, insurance will likely cover full crowns.
