Based upon your CT and your symptoms of tiredness and headaches, you may have sleep apnea. A sleep study would be a good way to evaluate further. Septoplasty may help but treatments for obstructive sleep apnea include more such as a tonsillectomy, weight loss, and oral appliances. 

Yes, your CT does show that you have a deviated septum along with left (worse than right) maxillary sinusitis. You need to see an ENT for an in person exam and, if you are not satisfied with your current treatment, you might want to seek a second opinion. A deviated septum, along with large turbinates and other factors, can contribute to your inability to sleep at night and subsequent headaches. If medical management of irritating factors (allergies, etc...) fails, then septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction might be good options for you.

 The limited CT shows chronic sinusitis with  Polyps noted in the maxillary sinuses along with a significant deviated nasal septum. A thorough internal examination of the nose and review of all of the images on CAT scan is required to make a determination about what may be needed. A septoplasty is usually performed to straighten the deviated septum and improve airflow. Endoscopic sinus surgery is performed to remove the polyps inside the sinuses and place windows in that area which should help with the pressure headaches.
