20 weeks and 2 weeks post TT the right side of my incision has changed. It is raised, red, itchy, and sore. The photo attached is from today of the left side of the incision vesus the right. As you can see, even the redness does not make sense.

Answer: Itchy scar abdominoplasty This looks like a very typical scar at this stage of healing. I would expect it to resolve on its own over the next several months. otherwise you surgeon might try injecting it with a local steroid.

Answer: Itchy raised scars after tummy tuck During scar maturation, they can go through an itchy phase. Scars that are dry will tend to itch more. Be sure you are using good scar care products (ask your PS for details). If it's sore, you may have a stitch that has become infected. Be sure to contact your PS to be evaluated.
