11 weeks post op tummy tuck/lipo on flanks. Right side of flank is much bigger & my body is lopsided. Is this swelling? (Photos)

I had lipo done with tummy tuck. My "muffin top" area is much bigger on my right side. Has been from the beginning. And my belly isn't flat. I've lost a few pounds since surgery so know it can't be from weight gain. My question is, am I stuck lopsided? Could it be swelling? I just feel 11 weeks post op I shouldn't be lopsided and my belly should be flatter. The unevenness is very noticeable thru clothes. And was hoping to not still have excess skin or "rolls"

We routinely perform outpatient tummy tuck and body lift type procedures on healthy patients without difficulty. For patients who live within 30min drives, I will let drive home.
