Question

I had lipo done with tummy tuck. My "muffin top" area is much bigger on my right side. Has been from the beginning. And my belly isn't flat. I've lost a few pounds since surgery so know it can't be from weight gain. My question is, am I stuck lopsided? Could it be swelling? I just feel 11 weeks post op I shouldn't be lopsided and my belly should be flatter. The unevenness is very noticeable thru clothes. And was hoping to not still have excess skin or "rolls"

90% of your swelling should be gone by this point. With your concerns I would certainly discuss them with your plastic surgeon. Surgery is never perfect and often minor touchups are necessary. Have a heart to heart with your surgeon about your concerns.  Good luck

At this point you have to let everything heal.  I would wait at least 6 months or so before considering a revision.

It is difficult to say without your preop pics and it could be swelling, fluid , or fat.  Give yourself a few more months to heal and if it is still there then you may need a revision.  Good luck!
