I am a 28 year old Asian female who underwent double eyelid surgery 9 months ago. I used to have monolids with a lot of excess skin and fat on the upper eyelids. After my surgery (7mm height), I noticed that there was still a lot of skin and fat left above the crease, giving me a "puffy" look. Also, the skin sags over the new crease, giving me hooded eyes and a heavy feeling. Should I go for a revision surgery, brow lift, or infrabrow lift to get the hooded eyelids fixed?

Hello, first of all, you are a good candidate of forehead lift because the distance of the eyes and brow is too close. Forehead Lift could be the best way to correct saggy and hooded eyes. With the brow lift the distance will be closer than now so we would like to recommend definitely FOREHEAD...
It's better to get it done together to cause the line could be decided from the frontal eyes. However, if you are interested in lateral canthoplasty, then it would be totally seperated operation. If you have further questions then please leave a message:) Thank you!
