Is it safe to take B12 and MIC shots prior to BBL?

I would recommend against the use of MIC and a vitamin B 12 shots as a way of losing weight.
There's no good scientific evidence that these are effective.
Any short-term weight-loss program has almost a 100% chance of long-term failure with rebounded weight gain.
A long-term change in lifestyle that can be implemented for the rest of your life is a good healthy way of maintaining a healthy weight.
Rapid weight loss is always a bad idea before elective surgery.
Please talk to your doctor to see what he or she recommends.
