Nose cartilage dented after cocaine usage, will it get worse?

So I recently stopped doing coke but I have a dent in both sides of my nose it's not a hole but I could feel the dent. Should I be worried that it's going to get worse? Any recommendations on healing it ? Please help !

Cocaine use is well known to cause damage to the inside of the nose, including breakdown of the nasal lining and cartilage.  Over prolonged use, some individuals can see changes to their nose, including collapse of the bridge or "dents" from loss of cartilage support.
Without any more information, it is difficult to know if your cocaine use is truly causing your "dents."  
The first and most obvious step to prevent any further damage is to stop using cocaine.
The next step is to see a facial plastic surgeon who can give you can get your full history, do a complete exam of the outside and inside of your nose, and determine what may be going on to cause the changes to your nose. You can discuss  the specific issues you may have and treatment options with your surgeon.

It's impossible to say over this medium.  I'd go see a reputable Facial Plastic surgeon so they can prefer an examination to see what, if any, damage has been done and what, if anything, may need to be done about it.  It may simply be age-related changes you're seeing if the "dents" are symmetric.
