Mahalo for your photos.  Yes, it is possible to provide a tighter tummy profile with the scar hidden under a bikini.  Most of your stretch marks will be resected but the marks above the belly button may still be seen just above the incision.  There may be some distortion of the tattoos of your hips depending on how far the incision is taken, but it is very likely we will be able to keep the incision short based on your photos.  You should discuss these concerns with an experienced plastic surgeon and second opinions are always helpful for additional information.

From the appearance of your photos, you are perfect for a tummy tuck.  This procedure will remove all of your excess skin  up to the level of your belly button and tighten your underlying muscles.  This will surely make you bikini ready.  The final scar will need to be hip to hip to get the best result.  Likely, the scar will be at the level of your c-section scar in the front and slightly higher towards the hips.  The current distance between your belly button and c-section scar will really determine the ultimate safe level of the scar.  Even if the scar is higher than you would like, it's the best and really the only approach for you.  If the scar is bothersome for you, it can always be covered up with a tattoo.  

Tummy tuck surgery can provide amazing, dramatic results.  Women near their ideal weight for their height often achieve the very best results.  If a woman has a particular bathing suit that she would like to conceal her scars, I suggest she wear that on the day of the surgery.  That way I can design the incision pattern to try to make the final scar be hidden by the bathing suit.  We never promise that the scar will absolutely be hidden, but this is a nice way to try to optimize the result.  I see a lot of women with tattoos.  Often small tattoos may be completely removed with a tummy tuck.  Larger tattoos may end up with only part of the tattoo being removed.  There are some great tattoo artists who can do some tremendous work to help camouflage scars and women who already have tattoos frequently take advantage of that.  As a surgeon I find tummy tucks to be some of the most fun operations to do, and tummy tuck patients to be among the happiest that I see.  Confidence in, and out, of clothing is one of the goals.  Hopefully you will get a "show it off" type of result, that you'll love it so much you want to show all of your friends!
