Can Microneedling + IPL + Laser Genesis/Microderm be performed together?

I am getting microneedling once a month. I received a bundle of IPL, and microderm/laser genesis as gifts. Can I get both of these on the same day spaced 2 weeks before/after the dermapen? I'm a fitzpatrick 2 who heals quickly. I'd like to use these gifts because I can't afford more than the microneedling myself but want to do it safely. I am not currently using acids or retinols but plan to after I"m finished.

Hi @cocosims! Microneedling is a great treatment to reduce enlarged pores, but microneedling is not recommended on active acne. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Thanks for your question.  I would not recommend microneedling that area.  The Mona Lisa Touch is a Co2 laser that was designed to address complaints like yours.  Best of luck.
