The best treatment to tighten the external genital area is FemTouch vaginal rejuvenation that uses fractional CO2 laser. You will need three sessions, 4 weeks apart, but can notice improvement after one session already. As far as microneedling I do not think anyone has tried that, but I can anticipate that it could be very uncomfortable without predictable results.

Thanks for your question.  I would not recommend microneedling that area.  The Mona Lisa Touch is a Co2 laser that was designed to address complaints like yours.  Best of luck.
