Any Success with sculpsure and I lipo xcell together? Where does the fat go if scale doesnt go down but area is smaller?

A person undergoing liposuction or non invasive fat treatment, will not usually see a marked decrease in weight. Sculpsure targets fat cells and one can see up to a 24%  improvement in body contour. Areas of fat accumulation in the abdomen and flanks are best treated. Up to 3 treatments are required to see the best results. If you are looking for a procedure to loose weight, this is not for you.

Sculpsure is a great, non invasive and permanent fat cell removal system.  The fat is selectively destroyed in targeted areas where the applicators are placed and the heat also has a spread of about  1 inch to make results appear smoother and even.  The amount of fat should not affect your scale because it affects a small area. The cells are destroyed for ever, so they do not go anywhere else.  It';s simply the remaining fat cells left in other parts of the body, that will get larger if you gain a Significant amount of weight . I always remind my patients that SculpSure is not a weight loss technique. It's about body contouring. You won't see any major difference in terms of the scale. You will, however, see a difference in the shape of your body and how you look and feel in clothes. 

Fat actually is fairly light in weight compared to other tissues like muscle and bone.  The percentage of fat removed with SculpSure, CoolSculpting or liposuction is actually quite small, therefore you will NOT see any weight change.  Now your clothes should fit better, but it is even unusual to see a size change in clothes after these procedures.Good Luck!

That's a great question.  You'll be surprised, but fat is relatively light.  And the fat cells that are targeted are a small number relative to all the fat cells you have in  your entire body.  Taken as a whole, the total fat removed by SculpSure is minor compared to the total fat that is in your entire body.  Drinking an extra glass of water, or a glass less, will cause more fluctuation in your weight than the total fat removed by SculpSure or other such sculpting procedures.  HOWEVER, SculpSure works very well when you are targeting specific areas of the body.  Killing cells in your abs will make your ab look smaller...clear and simple.  But it won't necessarily make you any lighter.  This is why SculpSure and other sculpting procedures do not mention any weight loss effects; it's near impossible to measure with any consistency such impact.
Where SculpSure differents from other sculpting system is that it's the only FDA procedure that uses laser to kill (not just "melt") fat cells, aka lipolysis.  SculpSure relies on your lymphatic system to clear the dead fat cells from the body.  The dead stuff will be removed, but you unlikely to be able to measure it on any scale.  

There can be fat loss and a slight weight loss from upper and lower abdomen and both flanks twice. It is subtle since most of your weight is visceral (other side of abdominal wall), buttocks, thighs, back etc.

SculpSure is for targeted fat loss , and will usually be noticeable without affecting your weight since only select fat cells in the treatment area are destroyed.  SculpSure works by sending targeted energy into adipose tissue and causing roughly 24% of the fat cells in the treatment area to burst. Over time the body's lymphatic system removes them. 
 As with any treatment that destroys fat cells we still advise our patients to diet and exercise as this is key to maintaining the benefits of SculpSure treatments.
