Red nose and flaky skin (Photo)

Hi! I had a rhinoplasty 9 months ago and ever since then the skin on my nose and the adjacent cheek area has become flaky and started to come off. As a result my skin becomes red. Why is it happening, is it common and how can it be treated? Thanks.
