For those doctors using PRP fibrin matrix, how do you find you get the best results for facial rejuvenation?

Injecting it into the skin or microneedling it into the skin? What results have you seen? Thank you in advance.

PRP with micro-needling provides Improvement in wrinkles and texture. PRP injection can provide some filling and texture changes, however it is best under the eyes and in the hands where the skin is thin.

When using PRFM for facial rejuvenation, it would work best as injections since the complex becomes a gelatinous state quickly.  The benefit is that is can stay localized to an area and provide the healing potential.  I have only used this for joints, since there is a short time that it becomes a gelatin like substance vs liquid (plasma state) which can be very difficult to inject through the needle.  I would not recommend topical use with microneedle since this will not penetrate the surface in the gelatin like state

I have found that the combination of microneedling provides an overall distribution of the PRP throughout the face. The microneedling caused tiny channels in which the Botox can enter under the surface more evenly.
