You may have early pitting or scarring from eyebrow transplant but it may smooth out in a few months.  It is too early to tell.   Wait a few more weeks and follow up with your clinic. 

As the other physicians have mentioned, it is far too early to tell if you have any pitting from your transplant.  It is best to wait until you experience regrowth of the transplanted areas which will likely start to occur in 4-6 months.

Your doctor's advice is good, to wait it out and allow more time to elapse for the wounds to smooth out. Giving it enough time means that you should stop worrying about it now and re-look at it in another 3 months when hopefully it will be smoother.
