Yes, it is possible they are dried out grafts that did not take. They may be lost grafts that may not grow.  Some may also be scabs.  It is always a good idea to follow up with your doctor.

It is not a "Stem Cell" transplant in the literal term.  It is however, a great marketing term.  It is another form of a FUE procedure.  The technique has not withstood the scientific method for scientist or doctors to replicate and confirm the process.
