I notice I have a lot of upper and lower eyelid exposure and my eyebrow sits quite high, is it possible to reduce eyelid exposure, lower the eyebrow and get a more fuller looking under eye support.

Answer: Ptosis You have ptosis of the upper lids, worse on the right. When people have ptosis, the eyebrow will often elevate in an attempt to help open the eyes. If you fix the ptosis, the brows may fall. By elevating the lids you will also have less skin showing above the crease. Botox to the forehead will also help to drop the brow. Your lower lids have some hollowing. If you add some HA filler such as restylane it will give a fuller appearance to the lids.

Answer: Ptosis, eyebrow elevation Ptosis repair without skin removal will pull the lid (pretarsal area between lashes and crease) up under the lid fold a bit so that less of the skin between the lashes and crease would be visible. Dr. Martin also mentioned Botox, another way to allow the brows to come down which would get you closer to the hooded look. Best wishes.
