After chalazion surgery I have uneven eyelids, one eye is smaller than the other one. (Photo)

Since January I had chalazion removal but the bump didn’t go away so in March I did the second chalazion surgery and now I have uneven eyelids so basically one eye is smaller than the other one and this is really depressing me is there any way my eye can go back to normal ?
