3 weeks post op I have a hard lump above my incision area. I dont know is just swelling or turn to be fibrosis. What you guys think? I just want a second opinion.

The only thing that would undo an abdominoplasty would be a subsequent pregnancy. Any massage you receive will not undo the operation.

I think that given it is now 6 months after your surgery the results are not likely to change much.  I think that you should go back to see your surgeon to discuss it with them.  Usually surgeons are very keen ensure that you are happy with results of your surgery and in this instance...

Often times the Mons becomes an issue when it is no longer obscured by the abdominal drape. After swelling has subsided if it's too large liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia.

I'm sorry to hear about your challenges. Neither Medicare nor Medicaid will pre-authorize a procedure like a panniculectomy. You may be able to pay your surgeon and/or facility for your procedure and then potentially get reimbursed. I would not be overly optimistic about it, however. Best of luck.
